NO SHOW POLICY

If you schedule an appointment and are unable to keep that appointment please call to let me know so that someone else can fill that spot. A $15 no show fee will be applied to your next appointment.

RETURNED CHECKS

A $25 fee will be applied to all returned checks.

Note:  If you have any problems with your hands or your feet that are questionable about the health and safety of others, we will have to reschedule your appointment for a later time once you have visited a health professional.
